A floating platform is sunk one foot under a river’s surface; an infinity pool large enough to hold islands and atolls that index the health of the river. On calm days the platform creates a mirror effect, allowing the visitor to feel as though they are floating not in a river, but rather in the sky; the great void where lives were lost during the MH17 crash.
